
PD Dr. Iris Fleßenkämper
Iris Fleßenkämper has been the Secretary of the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin – Institute for Advanced Study since October 2021. Before that, from 2007 to 2021, she was the Academic Business Manager of the Excellence Cluster “Religion and Politics” at the University of Münster. Her research interests include the scholarly culture in Enlightenment Scotland, the diversity of marriage law in Reformation and post-Reformation Germany, and the relationship between gender and violence in the early modern period.
