The Wissenschaftskolleg’s library service provides you with all the media and information that you require for your research. We undertake research on all themes and issues as well as mediating contact to experts, archives, museums and other institutions. We support you in your bibliographical work and supply you with printed as well as electronic information in a quick and uncomplicated fashion.
You can order books and any other materials you need for your research through our Request system or Wikoscope. On our Research page you will find collections of electronic resources that are free to use. To start your research we recommend using our search engine Wikoscope, which includes millions of data sets from German libraries and online sources, all of which you can order from us or access directly.
Furthermore you have access to the reference library in the White Villa as well as the Fellows' library with publications of former Fellows and your group. On the page Books & Music on-site you will find an overview of our local collections. The reading room in the White Villa can be used to work alone or in small groups.
