The Wissenschaftskolleg would like to offer more researchers in the early stages of their careers the opportunity to become a Fellow. During a residency in Berlin, they will be given the chance to develop new ideas and bring old projects to a successful conclusion, free from the pressures of everyday academic life. To this end, a special call for applications has been launched for fellowships starting already in the following academic year.

The length of the fellowships and the application process differ between the two major disciplinary families: the humanities and social sciences, on the one hand, or the natural and life sciences, on the other. The calls are therefore separate and staggered.
